How Your Head Room works

Real therapists, delivered through a calmer, better-prepared journey.

1. Guided onboarding

A calm, conversational intake — not a form. You answer at your own pace, and you can pause and come back whenever. We ask what brings you here, how you're feeling, what helps you cope, and what you'd like to be different in a few months. You choose what to share.

2. Your therapist reads first

Before your first session, your therapist reviews a structured summary of your intake. You don't have to repeat your whole story just to get started — session one can be about what matters most to you today.

3. Meet in a private video session

Sessions run inside Your Head Room's secure room. Just a link, camera, and mic — no extra downloads. Prefer phone or in-person? Your therapist can arrange that too.

4. Support between sessions

Track your mood, sleep, and stress in seconds. Keep a private journal — or share specific entries with your therapist if that helps. Complete therapy homework between sessions and reflect on what you notice.

A note on AI

Your Head Room uses AI to help draft summaries and suggested discussion points for your therapist to review — it never replaces them. It doesn't diagnose. It doesn't treat. You choose whether we use AI to help process your intake.
